Ex-England boss comments on Spurs man – Rio Ferdinand slams him for it
England saw off Spain last night in the UEFA Nations League, giving themselves a chance of topping the group ahead of both Spain and Croatia.
Tottenham played an integral part in the 3-2 win, with Harry Kane, Harry Winks, Eric Dier and Kieran Trippier all starting the match.
Kane also played a part in all three of England’s goals, despite extending his personal drought to seven games.
Eric Dier set the tone early on in the game as he flew into a challenge on everyone’s favourite player Sergio Ramos.
Dier took the ball cleanly but wiped out his man with full force, earning a yellow card.
