The second weekend of the Premier League season has now gone by, save for the mouth-watering Monday night clash between Liverpool and Manchester City, with plenty of fine performances to consider. Here are five lessons we learned:
Diego Costa could make a huge difference for Chelsea

Big money attacking signing Diego Costa has been far from brilliant with his all-round game in Chelsea’s opening two Premier League victories – but that isn’t really what Chelsea need, they’ve got bundles of creativity as it is. Goals are what Costa was bought for and, just as he did at Turf Moor, Costa got Chelsea out of a hole against Leicester City with an instinctive poacher’s goal....
