Football pundit slams Daniel Levy for ‘terrible deal’ after probable ‘fall-out’
Tottenham Hotspur right-back, Kieran Trippier, had a tough season last time out as he struggled to regain any kind of form after the World Cup.
However, it did seem rather strange that Spurs took the decision to sell their first-team right-back, who had been a senior player for some time, after just one bad season.
It was especially strange after considering the fact that Levy and Pochettino failed to bring in a replacement for the defender after selling him to Champions League rival, Atletico Madrid.
Trippier has taken to Spanish football like a duck to water in the early season and even regained a spot in the England squad, starting against Bulgaria this week.
