Jermaine Jenas claims Spurs should be more like Man City
Despite the rather widespread view that Harry Kane isn’t in great form, the Spurs striker has already notched up 7 goals in 10 games for the club in all competitions so far this season (transfermarket.com).
The 26-year-old has also been prolific for England in the Euro 2020 qualifiers. It is fair to say that his own form has been overshadowed by Spurs’ below par performances on the pitch.
While the Spurs number ten continues breaking records in front of goal for club and country, there is a perception that his standards might have dropped over the last year and a half or so.
Former Spurs midfielder Jermaine Jenas has now claimed that perhaps Kane needs some competition in order to push him to the next level.
