Opinion: The five players who let Spurs down massively against Bayern Munich
Let’s not pretend that the result last night meant anything in the grand scheme of things, as Spurs still qualified second in the group stages of the Champions League.
However, the match represented a good chance for some fringe players and academy starlets to get some minutes under their belt and impress Mourinho.
Unfortunately, not everybody did that against the German champions:
Danny Rose – 
A woeful display from Danny Rose, who let the dangerous Serge Gnabry in behind time and time again. He looked lost from the first minute and rarely won in the battle between the two. He also barely managed to cross his own halfway line all game.
Kyle Walker-Peters – 
Same problem, different side. Walker-Peters was given a nightmare...
