Real Betis president gives definitive update on whether Spurs will sign Lo Celso in January
Tottenham Hotspur were busy in the transfer market during last summer’s window, despite not signing a single player for nearly 18 months previous.
As well as bringing in Jack Clarke, Ryan Sessegnon, and Tanguy Ndombele, Tottenham also signed Giovani Lo Celso on loan from Real Betis for the season.
So far, the Argentine has only started three matches for the North London club, two for Mauricio Pochettino and one under new gaffer Jose Mourinho.
Lo Celso did manage to score on his full debut for Spurs against Red Star Belgrade in the Champions League, netting the opener in a convincing win.
