Redknapp questions whether Levy sacked Pochettino to avoid Arsenal boost
It has been a week and a half since Mauricio Pochettino was replaced as Tottenham Hotspur head coach by former Chelsea and Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho, but it is fair to say that the news is yet to fully sink in for many Spurs fans.
The Argentine was one of Tottenham’s longest-serving managers in their recent history and it has felt somewhat strange not to see him on the touchline, even more so when fans still use the Argentina flag with the 46-year-old featured on the front at home matches.
His successor Jose Mourinho has made a great start after winning both of his games in charge and has launched somewhat of a charm offensive with the press.
