Report: Poch’s Spurs agreement could delay potential Man Utd appointment
Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham exit package stipulates that Spurs are entitled to up to £10million compensation in case the Argentine decided to take over at another club this season, according to a report in the Irish Mirror.
Spurs parted ways with Pochettino back in November after a string of poor results and installed Jose Mourinho as the new head coach.
Since being sacked by Tottenham, Pochettino has been linked with several high profile jobs (Bild) including the hot seat at Manchester United where Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is coming under considerable pressure.
The report in the Mirror claims that the former Spurs boss still has strong support in the United boardroom and is one of the leading candidates to take over from Solskjaer.
