Sheringham’s delight at beaten record
An article on the club website describes how Teddy Sheringham said back in August, 2015 that Harry Kane reminded him of his former strike partner and Spurs icon Jurgen Klinsmann and indeed now how the former England forward has expressed his delight that Kane had broken his scoring record.
It was at the end of his breakthrough season, 2015-16, when Harry scored 31 goals, that Teddy said he ‘had everything’. and the article adds that this time last year, Teddy described him as ‘a class act’ after grabbing a hat-trick in the FA Cup win at Fulham.
