“We are attentive” – Club chief talks about possibility of signing Spurs striker
Tottenham striker Fernando Llorente has not had too many opportunities since moving to North London from Swansea City in the summer of 2017.
With the likes of Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min ahead of him in the pecking order, the 33-year-old has had to be content with rare cameos from the bench and occasional starts in domestic cup competitions.
However, with Kane and Alli both out with injuries, the Spaniard is finally getting a run of games under his belt, and has done a job.
Llorente scored the goal against Chelsea in the Carabao Cup semi final which took the game to penalties, headed a late winner against Watford and also set up Son’s winner against Newcastle in his last outing.
