What Spurs have to do to qualify for the Champions League knock outs
Tottenham Hotspur kept their Champions League dreams alive last night after beating Inter Milan 1-0 at Wembley.
It was a tough and patient affair for Pochettino’s side, but they remained calm and took their key chance when it came.
Deep into the second half, with Sonny and Eriksen both subbed on, Tottenham finally made Inter pay.
Moussa Sissoko drove forward powerfully with the ball, creating space for Dele Alli, who he pulled it back to.
Dele span wonderfully on the ball before popping it into the path of Eriksen, who swept it home with his left-foot.
This win put Spurs on level points with the Italian side, but ahead on head to head via away goals.
